Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $150 or more (before discounts). The discount code NOVA10 is applied at checkout and does not affect free shipping eligibility — the threshold is based on the pre-discount subtotal.
All orders ship in a plain, insulated poly mailer or box. There is no Novalabs branding, no product names, and no identifying marks on the outside of any package. The return address will show our Sheridan, WY address without the company name.
Inside, vials are individually wrapped and padded for temperature stability during transit.
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. Orders placed with non-contiguous U.S. addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
A tracking number is emailed to the address on file the moment your shipping label is created. You can track your order via USPS.com or UPS.com. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@novalabsresearch.com.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. All orders are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. For extended storage, follow the instructions on the product page and COA. See Storage & Handling for guidance.
